These terms and conditions (The “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of "ConcDetailer" and “Seismic Force Calculator” software, demo or full version (the “Software”) and SoftStruc.com Site (the “Site”). This Software and Site are developed, operated and owned by “Hamid Reza Khoshnoud” (the “Owner”). This Software is structural software and this site is an eCommerce website.
By using this Software (demo or full version) and/or Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All Content published and made available on the site or any version of the Software is the property of the owner. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files/Videos and anything that contributes to the composition of our site and software.
